Fucking fantastic!

I hear someone is programming an ASCII version of this game. I wonder if he knows about this game already in existence...

My only problem with this is you didn't bother to make your own version of GLADOS. Even a text to speech female voice would have been acceptable. Leaves a lot to be desired. But otherwise, awesome game.

Okay, but it ain't no spring chicken... or rabbit.

This game is good enough to survive, I'll give you that. However, this game lacks a scenario of any kind. I'd like to have a motive for why I'm killing rabbits when I could be sleeping or playing my guitar, you know? Give me a reason. You can make up any kind of bullshit, for example: they can be one of those genetically modified "glow-in-the-dark" rabbits that have to be eraticated, or else the environment will get all out of whack. See, it's easy! And anyone will swallow it if it gives them an excuse to shoot something.
Moving on, there is no increased difficulty or foreseeable goal in this game. There's hardly any reason to continue once the user realizes the game will go on forever no matter what, there is no way to die, and there is no "next level" or "reward" for their effort. Give this game some kind of structure! People will like it a lot more when you do!
On the plus side, the death graphics are well rendered. It always satisfying to see one's enemy die in a shower of blood. The level design was basic, but served a purpose. Crosshairs were a nice touch too. The bunnies are goofy looking but their appearances are better than the drawing skills of many beginner flash artists.
Lastly, I hate to give you a low score on a game with potential, but the sum of the parts are less than what they could be. Keep trying, incorporate more thought into the structure of your next game, and you could have a much more entertaining experience to offer.
~Peace out.

This is an okay version but...

This leaves way too much to be desired. It's only 250k, it wouldn't kill you to add more stuff. I love Family Guy, and I know there is way more material than what's on this! I suggest you categorize all the characters into individual menus and edit clips to only repeat audio of individual characters. If I want to have a phone conversation with a random girl in a phone book as Quagmire, then I should have a menu with only Quagmire quotes. Get it?

Buttons with graphics are nice, but how about we just have regular buttons with a caption under it that says what the button will do. That'd be nice.

The quality of these clips suck. I can tell what they say, but it's still really tinny. 56k .mp3s would be better than this. I'm assuming you own the DVD's. Lift the audio from the box set and not from the internet! If you want a good program for recording from your computer, use Audacity. It's free and it even has a b/g noise removing program so you can get rid of computer hiss.

Lastly, wait until Season 4 comes out before you try to make V.2. It'll be out this month.

Sweet. Why are LOTR games so goddamn good lately?

Awesome game. I throughly enjoyed it. Very well done and I like the blood as well. My gaming experience isn't complete without a little red in the mix, especially seeing it in a Middle Earth setting. Balance: good. Longevity: good (something Dad 'n Me didn't quite accomplish). Fluid artwork. Offered a decent challange. Great work.

Now on to what could use polish. At the beginning of the game, why do I need to start with 10 lives. Users should start out at three, tops. Maybe I'm a better gamer, but having ten lives is too easy. I ended the game with 14 lives.

The weapons are a good balance, but I had a problem with the sword. It is weaker and has less range than the staff. I ended up ignoring it entirely and sticking to the staff. The sword needs to be more powerful and to attack as often as the staff, or perhaps make the staff slower and speed up the sword.

I'm sure this game took many upon many long hours to make into reality. I see it as time well spent.

That was awful!

You can't make such crappy art and a crappy story and expect it to be worth more than shit. The movie didn't even work! Go back and make something better.

I agree with everyone else.

Look up for company's in video game magizines and apply for game tester. You have great potential in the gaming business!

Blood

This is an okay movie, all it needs it's more detail, such as better backgrounds and better blood effects. Backgrounds look crappy when you fill it in with white and blood looks crappy if it's clustered.

Feel free to respond.

Nice game, but I think you should've mentioned something about cold fusion (the process of making energy the same way the sun's core does. I'm not sure about details). It's a long way off, but if developed it can be a clean ever-lasting energy source with no by-product. I think it deserves mentioning.

Feel free to tell me how far off you think I am.

Armegalo responds:

Thanks dude, yeah i was considering that and also anti-matter, but since I had lots of info on those I have, I went like ``Ok, most of the people on NG won't have a single clue of what anti-matter or cold fusion means, so I'd go with the popular ones:)

And also, I don't think you were really far off...

I'll confess...

I cheated. Tried to be hardcore but I couldn't help it. I can't find the damn money! Where is it?!

You got a great acting voice

There's a lot of great movies today but you earned the Daily Award. By far the funniest movie I've seen today. This is how I think Elmo came to be. I'll never look at another "touching" doll the same way again!
